Sugar Sweet Cheeks

“I love you cutie pie, apple dumplin of my eye.”

(That’s what my Pappy always said to me).

And I could have never dreamed of a time my life would be

Filled with joy from my own cutie pies, that I get to see with my own two eyes

Each and every day, bringing me more happiness than I can say…

The most perfect smiles and the purest hearts,

With sugar sweet cheeks and the best way to start

Really living life, as full as full can be,

With boo-booed knees and Mr. Bee.

My cup runneth over… I love you both so.

And as you grow I hope you know

that you, Aidan and Gavin, are my sugar sweet cheeks,

my cutie pies,

apple dumplings of my eye

my heart and soul,

my everything

the biggest dream I could ever dream.

To my sons on my third Mother’s Day.
