Aidanisms

Aidanisms are certainly getting to be more complex as he gets smarter and smarter and understands more about the world around him. Enjoy just a few I've managed to write down over the last few months.

"Mommy, do I have a brother or sister?"
(You have a brother, silly.)
"Oh. Can you buy me a sister?"
(No, but we can ask God for one.)
"Ok... I am going to ask God and the angels for a sister, Happy, and a dog, Barky."

"Yeah, you were at work, right? You don't make people better like Daddy, you talk to people on the phone."

"Daddy, I smell Christmas!"

(While going through his ABC cards...)
Me- "L" is for "love."
Aidan- "You are my love."

(Me- I heard you up there, what were you doing?)
"Oh, I was just walkin like a penguin."

"Oh thank you Mommy. I really appreciate that."

"Mommy, you sure make delicious dinner!"

(During a thunderstorm)
"Mommy, I need you to go out there all by yourself because I don't want to get spooked out there."
